F5 PLUS TERMS OF SERVICE AND USAGE AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Subject
This Terms of Service and Usage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made between F5 PLUS (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user of the Company’s website and services (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions for the use of services provided by the Company.

2. Description of Services

• The User must refrain from any activity that could compromise the security of the services provided by the Company.

4. User Responsibilities

• The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account to access the services.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information. Passwords must be securely stored and not shared with third parties.
• The User may not transfer or allow third parties to use the services provided by the Company without explicit permission.

5. Payment and Billing

• The services provided by the Company are subject to the pricing indicated on the website. The User is required to pay the specified fees to use the services.
• Billing may occur on a monthly or yearly basis. If the User fails to make payment by the due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.

6. Cancellation and Termination

7. Service Interruptions and Disclaimer of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of the services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All services and content provided by F5 PLUS are protected by intellectual property rights. The User may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
The personal data of the Users will be protected in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. Users can refer to the Privacy Agreement for details regarding the processing of their personal data.

10. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the website. By continuing to use the services, the User agrees to the modified terms.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
